Mission

The Global Digital Transparency Alliance proposes and Collaborative approach to developing an Open and International Digital-Public Privacy Transparency Network for Digital Notice called (0PN).  Implementing the Hart-Lizar digital privacy unversal transparency and consent model pattern  that generates a "Notified -Record of Processing Activity".

We advise on regulated transparency credentials for online services with international standards

To enable digital consent solutions with Operational Privacy Notice technologies, scale standard digital transparency for safety, security, privacy and dynamic transparency-based data controls.

To implement technology that restores legal, human, and technical agency to individuals through standard notice and consent digital-record-infrastructure.

Vision

Standard Digital Privacy Transparency, transparency as public digital infrastructure, independent of service providers, common rules for everyone. Personal data access and control should be as operational and trusted as payments logged, verifiable, and governed by standard notice records and digital consent receipts.

0PN - produces Clean-data for private intelligence, that is secure, trustworthy and under the individual's control.  This data is used to interact with AI - to enable safe and regulated use of LLM usable without permission or consent.

LLM- Regulated to use only data that it has the authority to use relevant to its purpose, with relevant permissions have incredible potential for public benefit

Digital Trust Starts with a Notice

We are pioneers in transparency and consent based security, privacy and trust.

At this time we provide transparency and consent intelligence for identification and AI technologies.

So, what is Valid Digital Consent?

Most digital systems still rely on surveillance, hidden tracking, and legally questionable cookie receipt notices, called cookies banners which invalidate consent. The term Consent Fatigue, is a well notice Permission Dark Pattern for surveillance capitalism, that treats people as ‘users’ to be identified and tracked.

In the context of Digital Consent the service provider is the ‘User’ of your identifiers and personal data. There is no such thing as necessary-surveillance, without first transparency and the choice to consent and set the permissions to control your own personal data.

Digital Consent Assessments

  • We analyse digital services, from browsers to identity wallets to determine whether their transparency and consent practices meet legal and ethical standards.

Transparency Record Infrastructure

  • We provide the back-end for clean data flows including registries, device-stored receipts, edge-first audit logs, and co-regulation tools. Built for AI, identity, and accountability.

AI Governance Support

  • We help private and public AI systems move away from shadow profiling and untraceable data toward transparent, consent-led, accountable inputs.

Standards and Advocacy

  • We actively contribute to ISO, Kantara, and EU policy frameworks. We promote open, enforceable consent as a baseline for international digital trust.

0PN - Operational Privacy Network

  • Decentralising data governance with Operational Privacy Notice patterns that modernises privacy rules for active privacy and valid digital consent as it generates a notice record and receipt, that the individual chooses to use and consent with. A standard protocol for  Global Privacy Rights Controls - from the Digital Transparency Lab Canada, a Not-for--profit  developing open profiles for active state digital transparency and consent.
